I knew that is has become quite difficult to rent out condos in BKK since 2021 due to COVID-19 and the changes on the imbalanced rental letting market. We see a shrinking number of interested tenants, notably expats. With the help of Pae (Sathorn) we finally managed to find nice tenants. Pae advised about the currently suitable rental price and closed the deal quite quickly. He was professional and served both sides - tenant and landlord - in a fair and balanced way.
